Some have lasted as long as a year and some as short as a couple weeks. I am surprisingly pleased with my purchase. It is actually soft compared to some of the other ones I felt and the gray hides stains. My favorite thing-IT DOESN'T HOLD ONTO PET HAIR LIKE THEY ARE BFFS!!! the other ikea covers I have purchased would vary in how thick they were and how much pet hair would stick to them, expected. But it got to the point where lint rollers and wands wouldn't even get the hair off. With a big furry dog and 3 long haired cats that just wasnt working. Now my pillow is enjoyable for the humans and the doggy. I am considering purchasing more for my couch!
