5 year limited warranty. Read about the terms in the limited warranty brochure.

Induction cooktops are extremely energy efficient, fast, and precise as induction technology transfers energy directly into magnetic cookware.

Auto-size detection in each zone automatically senses the size of your pan to only send heat to whatever small, medium or large pan you are using.

The power booster feature (P) delivers additional power to a single cooking zone. This kind of rapid intense heat is ideal for boiling water, stir frying food or searing meat.

The rest zone is the perfect place to park a pan that you are done with, or place a plate to stack pancakes.

The built-in cooktop timer lets you set the exact time you want items to cook.

The lock function deactivates most of the controls on the cooktop to keep cooking zones from being changed by accident or to keep children from activating the cooktop.

The touch and slide control panel allows you to regulate the heat easily and precisely by sliding your finger across the temperature scale or touching the desired temperature on the display.

A heat indicator shows when the cooking zone has cooled so that you are not in danger of burning yourself.

Easy-clean as the induction surface generates heat only to your pan, not your cooktop. This means spills won’t burn onto the surface as easily.

Induction StoveAnita D.Works good, nice looking and efficient.5
2 years and going strongWilliam C.Did a complete remodel of our kitchen from cabinets to appliances in June 2021. We love the cooktop (and all the appliances); everything is working like the day we installed it. Finding out new features and applications of the appliances all the time. Very versatile and reliable.5
LOVE IT!!KaliI’ve never used an induction cooktop and I totally love it! I boiled 3 pots of water in about 5 minutes. Just make sure you can stick a magnet on your cookware. Luckily we have stainless steel and cast iron so we are good. I’m not sure how much it will save us in utility costs so I rated that lower.5
best interface, works great - YAY!KATHARINE L.It's been in for 6 months. It is the easiest control panel of all the induction cooktops we could find. It's simple and affordable. We could spend 3 or 4 times as much for basically the same level of performance. Yay!5
Uneven heatingScottI used a temperature gun to check the heat of pans on the burners. For all four burners the top of the burner (furthest from where you stand to cook) was the hottest, the middle was mid-temp, and the nearest part of the burner was coolest. These were not minor variations - for example, the top would be 290F, the middle would be 265F, and the bottom would be 240F. You could see it in food - eggs closer to me barely cooked while those at the top were overcooking. Grilled cheese was brown where over the top and not browned at the bottom.1
Awesome cook topJorgeAwesome quality highly recommended5
Induction topRoman K.We've been using it for over 7 months now. When it works, I LOVE it. Easy to adjust the heat, easy to clean, sleek looking. The regulators aren't very responsive sometimes and sometime too responsive. On a regular basis when we turn it on, it is locked and it takes several minutes to unlock it again. The metal pots leave some inclusions (not scratches) in the glass that are difficult, if not impossible to remove. It came without any seal/tape, so when you have a spillage next to it, the liquid goes underneath and into the drawer, which was fixed with some black silicone. Definetely not a premier brand, which was expected, but some more reliability was assumed.3
Love it!!VALRIEThis is a great stovetop. Heats fast and cooks even. The speed boil is super fast.5
Great induction rangeGaryJust installed. Works as advertised. Amazing how quickly it boils water.5
Tidy unitRichardEasy to quickly boil. Easy to clean. Short learning curve. Love it.5
DdefectiveJOWANA K.I've had it about a month and it constantly turns off. You will need to use small pans and they have to be in the center exactly.3
Works very well!David P.This appears to be an Electrolux cooktop, a model also marketed in the US under the Frigidaire label (or so online sources tell me) — but at a significant cost savings and with a better warranty from Ikea. From what I could tell when I looked into things in late August 2021, this was by far the best value for money you could get for an induction cooktop at the time, and probably still is. We have been using it for about three months now, and have no complaints whatsoever. It is much speedier and easier to control than the electric coil cooktop that it replaced — all the advantages of induction cooking that you can read about. And of course, nice looking in its simplicity and extremely easy to clean.5
Induction cooktop bargain!HenryAfter some research, we decided to purchase the Sardrag to replace an old radiant heat cooktop. We have owned induction cooktops in the past and always wanted to get another one. We have been 100% satisfied with the Sardrag so far! Controls are easy and it works great.5
