Sink is nice but the drain location and plumbing does not work with the Hemnes VanityAndrew K.I got my vanity all put together and dry-mounted my sink to mess with the plumbing. After getting the plumbing hooked up and ready to silicone the sink I noticed that the drain lines were sticking too far off the wall for the drawers to retract all the way because of the placement of the drain on the sink. The Hemnes vanity usaully comes with a different sink but I like the look of this one more and it was the same size so it didn't occur to me at all that the plumbing might be an issue. I'm going to have to cut into the back of the drawers to make space for the drain lines. Not the absolute end of the world but I wish Ikea would make their sinks/plumbing work with any of their similar products.
The sink is great quality though, no complaints there.4
Big fanskyI love the style of this sink that I bought the larger one for a long sink cabinet and then I bought the smaller one for another bath cabinet (both hemnes). I did change the knobs I’m both and bought faucets from a big box store. Very happy with the look and product.5

Good quality but wish there were other optionsLSBMRI bought this only because I wanted an ikea vanity and discovered there are no sinks shallow enough to do an undermount sink with granite. The choices from ikea are this one, which is entirely ceramic (like a sink but the counter too) or a plastic one. I like the color and feel of it. It is easy to clean. My complaints are the sink is too wide and the counter has a raised lip around the edge. These two elements mean there’s not much useable counter space. The sink is also too shallow, but again that’s required by the vanity design.3
