Duvet insert KimberlyI purchased the comforter with the intention to use as is or as a duvet insert. The material is rough and looks rather cheap not comfortable to use with out a duvet. 3
Thin and see through!PilarI should return this but it was so cheap I don’t want to waste my time. It does not look like the picture. I will need to purchase another to fill the duvet. Not worth the money and I do not recommend.1
not good quality JessicaFeels very plastic 1
Full fell apart in the washShaziaI was looking for a lighter duvet to layer with a blanket for fall. I bought two, one twin and one full. When I opened them, they seemed slightly different in fabric. The twin washed fine, and the full fell apart in the first wash, and will be going back to IKEA. I see they don't sell it any more, perhaps because of a quality control issue?2
Favorite comforterElaineI love this for winter as it’s light but plenty warm.5
Great lightweight comforterHollyThe comforter is a great deal for the cost and it’s also very well made. With a duvet cover it’s ideal for cool, fall evenings.5
Worked well.CynthiaWorked like it should. I added buttons and loops to the duvet cover to keep everything in place.5
Made of paper? MarilynSuper light, texture is like heavy paper, rough and crinkled. This item disintegrated in my washer on the first cleaning, it was a disposable item. However, the price was excellent. I always buy my bedding at IKEA but this one is Not up to usual IKEA standards. 1
Low qualityHeidiCan’t even be washed1
Nice and affordable!!PlI used this as a quilt liner. It worked well.5
Perfect duvet filler for summertime! And quite inexpensive!TerriWe love these! So lightweight yet functional.5
Barely thereDianeThis is SO light and fluffy that it is like not having a blanket - very cheap feeling. That might be ok for some, but for me, it didn't feel heavy enough - I wanted it to feel cozy - not lofty. :-) 2
Works butSusanaIt is not the same material than others I purchased it still works but i didn’t like it3
Great product and great priceMauriceReceived my purchase packed well and wonderfully manufactured for my quilting project. Thanks 5
DO NOT LAUNDERSaraI purchased two twin sized inserts for my guest bedroom, washed them in cold water on the "hand wash" setting on my washing machine, and then transfered them to a delicate dry cycle (only ONE) and the inserts MELTED! They are currently in a trash bag in the back of my vehicle on their way back to IKEA this weekend for a refund. Very disappointed in their performance.1
PerfectGerryI wanted a cooler blanket for spring. I also use IKEA blankets for fall and winter. So, I use 3 different blankets depending on the season.4
Light and inexpensive AngelaIt’s perfect for the summer and affordable for the whole family.4
Comforter is kinda annoying but still worth it for the priceKarlaIt keeps folding up inside the duvet, but when it’s laid out perfectly inside the duvet, it’s very cool and warm for night time! Just wish it would stay put. But it’s very easy to place back in place. Grab the bottoms corners and just shake, it goes back into place. It’s not very thick but my daughter still likes it as she gets very hot and this is cool enough she can keep it on all night! So if she’s happy, I’m happy!4
Nice and very inexpensive MugeSoft and warm5
Great value for moneyClarissaIt's exactly what I needed to replace an older duvet. It packs lightweight so it was very easy to fit it into luggage to bring to my parents' beach house. Recommend it and will get more.5
