When it's time to roll out from the station, simply push the button forward, and if you need to reverse, push it back. If you want to stop the train, set the button in the middle. Both simple and logical.

works ok as a powered loco but has 2 faultsLoringfirst fault is that its 0.2" or 5 mm too tall to fit under the standard bridges and overpasses. Second fault is that its hard to pull trains over about 3 cars. They tend to decouple going up the hills. The magnet on the back of the loco dangles and doesn't always line up. But its fun anyway.3

Material

What is ABS plastic?

ABS plastic is a strong and stable material with a glossy surface – making it perfect for especially used everyday objects like cutlery drawers, kitchen utensils, toothbrush mugs and bathroom hooks.
