Board-on-frame is a strong and lightweight material with a frame in wood, particleboard or fiberboard and a recycled paper filling. It requires less raw materials and is easy to transport, which reduces the environmental impact.
You can mount the table top at a height that suits you, since the legs are adjustable between 24-35 in.
Screws for attaching the legs to the table top are included.

I set the height to be two inches shorter than the standard table height as I have short legs and prefer to sit low.
