Sizing is OffWinstonI picked this up at my local store, along with glass tops for my nightstands. The nightstand glass fit perfectly, and was held by the clips more or less centered on the nightstand table tops. But for the dresser, the glass sheet wasn't quite deep enough. When I installed the clips to hold the glass, it pulled the glass back and left a noticeably bigger gap at the front than the back.
If it ends up bugging me too much, I'll probably just 3D print new clips, but not everyone has that option. For a brand this big, I expected them to have nailed the sizing/alignment a little better.2
Glass Dresser TopJsI like the look of the top; adds a splash of OOMPH to the Hemnes dresser; that being said, the top is too BIG for the latest version of the dresser and cannot be held in place at the back and it's hanging off one side...3
The Perfect Finishing piece!!KimWe purchased the Henmes white furniture set on a visit to the Atlanta location and was lucky to get the last dresser they had in stock. We noticed a little damage to one corner But they gave us a really good discount. I am so thankful as this series is now being discontinued :-( The glass top they offered was not in stock but available on line. We were hesitant to order as it was glass. After comparing this tempered glass from a local glass company (Very expensive) we decided to just place the order. The whole process was fabulous and it was delivered in perfect condition at a fraction of the cost. As it was made for this exact dresser and they had a fastening system that kept it in place. We had already made another visit to the Atlanta location and purchased the glass tops for all the pieces. We even got one for the used chest we purchased back in 2000. It gave it that finished touch plus the protection of the tops. 5

Too smallElizabethWe bought 3 peices of glass for out night stands and they are too small. We got the smallest size of glass they had for the hemnes and all 3 are too small for the tables. We live 4 hours from the closest Ikea so it's not cost effective to take back. So displeased there is no size for our 3 drawer nightstand and it was a wasted trip! 🙄 1
Glass Dresser TopsSaraWe purchased 2 dresser glass tops and two bedside dresser drawer tops. This just what we needed to keep our furniture lasting longer. We had them delivered to our apartment and Ikea had great communication and delivered on time.5
