Poor design and qualityNicholasI own and love many IKEA products and I have to say this is the worst one I have ever owned. Other reviewers mention it and I should have listened, the assembly process is designed very poorly. The wooden pegs are nearly impossible to align and only one is tight while the other two spin on the screw. There is a visible gap between wooden backing and the wall because the two openings to attach screws to the wall are so high up it puts enough force on the unit that it pulls away from the wall on the bottom. I will say it does look good and the overall function is good but the assembly and design process should be completely rethought. 2

The worst ikea product I’ve ever boughtLindsayI wanted to love this product but putting it together has been a nightmare. This should have taken no more than 15 minutes to assemble and yet here I am 45 minutes later trying to make it work. Screws don’t grab onto the pegs to keep them secure. And the two screws to keep the shelf on will not screw down all the way no matter how hard I turn the key. So now trying to turn it with the key has stripped both screws and I’m left with slightly sticking out screws on the back that won’t lay flush and won’t come out either. This means I can’t even hang it. Major fail Ikea1
I love it but it doesn’t come with everything you needFerideI love it! It’s so cute and looks great in my entryway, but for some reason ikea is no longer supplying what’s needed to hang their products up. That’s a little disappointing. It’s also not a big deal, but it’s an added step to then find anchors and screws that fit the product itself. Other than that, I truly do love it.4
