Would have given five stars except for the money grab…JennyThese are awesome, but not worth the jacked-up price. Why do they no longer come with the screws required for wall mounting? Now you have to buy a separate 175 piece kit (so, 173 unneeded pieces) for to make it work. Between this and the over 20% price increase (to be fair, probably due to tariffs) they have effectively doubled the price of this item in one year. Ridiculous. I thought ikea was better than this. I came to buy another set but won’t be purchasing after all.
Wood cracked when putting togetherEverlyWhen I was carefully putting it together, one of the hanging arm cracked and was unable to put it on and ruined the whole purpose of the item.
Dingy white, screws visible ChristinaA bit disappointed in the dingy white paint that already looked dinged up and that the screws are really visible from the side. A simple screw plug would be an improvement

This is great hanger for our small space area!!SieI scored this for $5 from Fb marketplace and it’s worth every penny. For the 'wobbly' crowd: user error is real! Get someone experienced to help with the install, because mine is as solid as a rock.

Simple looking and effective, but surprisingly difficultGillianReally liked the way this looked so I picked it up in store. Finally done putting it together after what seemed like would be a quick project. It was difficult to get the wood branches level with the base, they kept twisting as you screwed them in. Also, most of the screws were difficult to finish screwing in, not sure if my wood was just threaded badly. It would have been more effective in my opinion to order the directions differently, as the wood branches that weren’t secured yet with screws and only dowels kept falling off. However, it is simple looking and effective at being a coat/bag holder.
White color is off.ClaireWish I had read the review Disappointed in color before I purchased this item. It's very true. This item is off-white, not close to the true white of the Ikea furniture I have in the same room where I wanted to use this rack. I will likely return it.
Disappointed in ColorJessicaI love the look and function of this product, and I have a perfect place for it for the kids. Unfortunately, it’s advertised as white, and I have it next to another white Ikea wardrobe, and it’s definitely an off white in color. Blends in with my wall. Definitely disappointed that now I have to spend extra money and time to paint it, but other than that, I love it.
Functional and attractiveDanLooks great, saves space, easy to assemble, and easy to mount to a wall if you have even modest skills. The complaints about mounting screws not being included seem to be from folks who should be willing to invest in a basic collection of tools and fasteners. So here's what you need: a drill, stud finder, wall anchors and a couple screws. If that's more than you can handle, go on Taskrabbit.
AwfulLarisaThe screw holes are not deep/ wide enough, only about 20% of the screw length goes in. Just a horrible useless piece of sawdust. All screw holes are made wrong.
