A well-balanced hybrid mattress that combines pocket springs and several layers of foam to help you wake up feeling refreshed.
5 comfort zones right where you need them. By providing support to your hips and shoulders, you get a natural spine alignment that helps you sleep more relaxed.
Sink into soft plush foam on top – and the memory foam underneath helps to relieve pressure on your spine and joints.
Pocket springs respond independently without transferring motion to others and follow your movements to support your spine and joints.
Soft quilted stretch fabric follows your body movements and added wadding gives more comfort.
The cover is removable and can be machine washed. Divide the cover to make it easier to fit in the washing machine.

All of our mattresses can be used immediately, but keep in mind that a packaged mattress only regains its full shape and comfort after approximately 72 hours. Your body also needs a couple of weeks to adapt to the new mattress.
Sometimes the mattress has a noticeable smell when you open the packaging. The smell isn’t harmful or toxic and disappears over time. Airing and vacuuming the mattress helps to eliminate the smell faster.

Firm MattressKeithIt is a well built firm mattress. This is our 2nd one, the first lasted almost 11 years. Only issue is the mattress never expanded to the advertised thickness of 9.5 inches. It is still only 8 inches thick after several months.

Anneland Mattress - Not Truly Firm, Caused Back DiscomfortTAs a 200+-lb side sleeper, I purchased the firm version of the ÅNNELAND hybrid mattress expecting strong support and durability. Unfortunately, it does not feel firm at all. The mattress is noticeably soft and compresses much more easily than expected.
When sitting on the bed—especially near the edges—it collapses significantly and does not hold its shape. Edge support is weak, making it feel unstable when getting in and out of bed. Under my weight, it lacked the structural support I need, and after sleeping on it, I began experiencing increased lower back discomfort.
Because of this, I returned it for an exchange and purchased the VALEVÅG Extra Firm mattress instead, which better meets my support needs.
While the ÅNNELAND may work for lighter individuals or those who prefer a softer feel, I would not consider it a true “firm” mattress for heavier side sleepers seeking strong support and durability.
Sireously bad matrasessDamirThis isn’t just about a mattress 🛏️, it’s about sleep 😴, health 🧠, money 💸, and trust, and IKEA really dropped the ball here.

Foams are denser and cheaper with almost no pressure relief 😖
What used to break in over weeks now basically doesn’t break in at all ⏳❌
Two months is more than enough time ⏱️. If it still feels like concrete now, it’s not “breaking in” — it’s just the wrong build for your body 🚫🛏️.
And the no-return policy on a $600 mattress? Brutal 😤💸. That’s not pocket change. Feeling “wasted” makes total sense — you paid for rest and recovery, and instead you’re waking up in pain every morning 😣😵💫.
Firmer and thinnerArvinzayaI bought an Anneland mattress with medium firmness about 3 weeks ago because I had to return the Ikea Haugsvār under warranty, and got the store credit for the returned Haugsver, hoping it'd be a proper successor. The Haugsvar I had was medium hybrid mattress. But the Anneland is thinner and firmer than the Haygsvar. I wake up in the middle of the night in pain like I've never had before. Mostly I sleep on my side, and this mattress is specially designed to find every pressure point possible to ensure a restless night's sleep. Ikea's return policy is no-good. You can only exchange the mattress for a store credit only. I'm thinking to exchange it with plush firmness or buying an expensive topper on it. In the future I would not buy a mattress from Ikea.

Terrible MattressReginaThey create these mattresses then they immediately roll them up in a tight plastic sheet and they store it on a shelf for years so that as soon as you buy it and unroll it years later they no longer expand to its full size. Please don’t buy this crappy mattress. I would advise you to go to a real furniture store where they will deliver the mattress to your house unrolled and fully flat. Ikea won’t refund my money so I’m stuck with a flat mattress.
NOT 9 1/2” barely 6 1/2SaraThis mattress is not as website described. This is my second mattress thinking the first one may have been defective. I have the IKEA storage frame so I needed the 9 1/2” but this mattress is not thick enough for that frame. I waited more than 72 hours to lay on it thinking it would expand more. It did not. Also, it’s very firm.
Such a great mattress!KarenOur family loves IKEA mattresses. I think this is our fourth one; this time for our daughter's new bed. So comfortable and so easy to transport. Thank you IKEA for always having great products.
Good mattress, deceptive promiseStephenI purchased this mattress online for delivery. On receipt of the delivery I noticed that the item had gone on sale and I checked to see if I was entitled to a refund. Yes! I had 90 days as a Family Member card holder to qualify. Over the next few days I put together the $1500 in items I had ordered and then worked for 4 days to help pay for them. I initiated my claim and waited for a response. Yes I was entitled to a refund, but only during the sale. I was 24 hours late in asking for the refund. While I now know this fine print is there, I do not believe it upholds to the quality of service I expect from IKEA. It went on sale the week it was delivered. You should honor a refund any time during the 90 day period regardless if the sale is over or not. Deceptive at best.
Comfortable butJohnThe mattress is basically comfortable but we discovered after the return period that we were rolling off the sides. The edges are so soft and rounded that it’s hard to not roll unless way towards the middle. It’s also hard to sit on soft edges to put on shoes etc. We have it on a platform so the base is firm. Working on ways to get around the problem.
Well worth itSaraLove this mattress. Once it "fluffed" up from its shrink wrapping, it has been comfortable and supportive.
Poor craftmanshipChristinaWe were looking for a hybrid mattress. This one was so uncomfortable. We could feel every spring and it was poking our back and sides. It is also a very thin mattress. We have a slat bed and it barely stick out of the side of the frame. The delivery and return process is also poor and inconvenient.
Sinking in the centerAnkitI bought this mattress earlier this year and it has started to sag in the center within a few months of use. I sleep on my side of the bed and find myself rolled up in the center in the middle of the night. Even when I’m just lying down, I realize there is little reflex in my body that’s preventing me to roll towards the center.
I have sent pictures to Ikea Customer Care with a level that shows steep sag in the center and yet to hear back, but DO NOT BUY this mattress.
Also please check out the old reviews. I’m definitely not the only person facing these issues. Ikea MUST recall this product and refund people if they are having issues.
Anneland Queen Hybrid MattressTaraI love this mattress! I have a bad back, and it's supportive enough that my back feels good but not so firm that it feels uncomfortable. It's cozy and I love snuggling into bed at night. I feel like Goldilocks... not too firm, not too soft... just right!
