Small and practical plant standEunSmall,useful and practical plant stand to move around the house easily. Good for older people.
Quality not greatDianeThe top of the stand is well made - the casters are cheap and probably won’t last. Also, the scrip states the wheels are kind to floors, we have vinyl planking and this type of plastic wheel will scratch if it picks up dirt or dust. I ordered two, which were just thrown in the box with other items. A very small piece of brown paper was put in there for looks. lol - did nothing to protect items which arrived in an abused state. One of the wheels had broken off the base but IKEA is sending a replacement so they get good marks for that. It’s too bad they skimped on the wheels since the rest of it is really nice. I am using it to use as a pedestal for the PS2026 floor lamp so I can easily move it around and it doesn’t interfere with the aesthetic. Nice mark for that too.
Won't roll, breaks easilyDevikToo small, doesn't really hold that much weight. even when under the weight limit it will not roll and if you are luck to get one that does it catches on any little divot. We bought 6 of these for patio plants and have gotten rid of every one. We loved the earlier plant stands that were stainless with a smooth flat top and really big wheels. These new ones are just awful.

Holds water — and now the plant has stopped growing.SandeepI observed that after placing the plant on this stand, it created a kind of air blockage: water stays pooled in the tray, preventing airflow to the plant's soil. This caused the plant to turn yellow and become unhealthy.
After I removed it, the plant started growing normally again within 2–3 days. It was probably waterlogged soil blocking airflow to the roots.
Also, moving a heavy pot (even 30 kg) is not easy and causes a lot of trouble. They designed it to be stable and resistant to dragging in the wind, but when you actually need to move it for some reason, it isn't smooth or convenient at all. A better design could definitely help.

Broke on first use.ElizabethEven though our patio pot weighed half the listed weight on the plant stand, a wheel came off the first time we tried to move the plant. The previous model was much better quality.
Great Help In Transport MerciI bought this item for my plants. It is very handy & helpful in transporting my plants from one place to another. It gave my plants an elevation instead of sitting on the floor or carpet.
Not sturdyRonaldNot as sturdy as I was hoping/expected. The wheels bend/break easily and they don't hold the weight as advertised. Holds maybe 25 lbs not the 75 lbs as advertised.
