Is it possible to test a product at home and return it if i'm not satisfied?
Within 180 days you have the right to test a product and if it doesn't meet your expectations, we're happy to take the product back as long as it is used within a certain extent and is still in a saleable condition. The exception to this rule is a mattress purchase.

The exception to this rule is a mattress purchase. You may exchange your mattress once within 90 days if you don’t love it, provided that it is not dirty, marked or damaged.
