What if my item does not meet the return policy?
You are welcome to bring your merchandise to our Returns Desk; however, any exceptions to our Return Policy will be determined after physical inspection of the items and cannot be advised in advance.
Any situation that falls outside of the return policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis and requires a visual inspection of the item at your local store.
