Can I return a product by mail?
If you can't come to a store for your return, it is possible to return small items via parcel return?
For smaller item returns, please contact the Customer Support Center to set up your return via FedEx at any of over 50,000 FedEx drop-off locations. You may be responsible for covering the shipping fee.
Product reimbursement should be received approximately 2 weeks after the item has arrived at the store.
