How can I retrieve an item left in the store?
If items left behind are found, we will add them to our lost and found list.
While IKEA is not liable for any merchandise left behind, we’ll do our best to help. Please call us at 1-888-888-4532 with your receipt details and the 8-digit article numbers of the item(s).

Generally, if a personal item is left behind in our store location, it can usually be recovered by an IKEA employee and logged in at the lost and found area. If your item has been found and logged in you can return to the store, and Customer Service will be more than happy to return your item to you.
