Please note that mattress removal service is free in California, Connecticut, Oregon, and Rhode Island because a recycling fee is already built into the initial cost of buying a mattress with us at those locations in accordance with state law.
If I buy a new mattress with IKEA, will your delivery provider pick up my old mattress?
If you have purchased a new mattress with us and would like IKEA to collect your old mattress, you can arrange a collection in any IKEA store or by contacting IKEA’s customer service center.
