What is the IKEA Returns policy for Custom Kitchen Countertops?

If you wish to cancel your order of a custom kitchen countertop, it is best to do so before fabrication begins to avoid non-refundable fees.

If you wish to cancel your order of a custom kitchen countertop, it is best to do so before fabrication begins to avoid non-refundable fees.

If you wish to cancel your custom countertop, please contact us by clicking here.

You can also request cancellation through email (a relevant email address is obtained only once your countertop order is placed).

There are cancellation factors that will affect any refunds:

  • If a fabricator has come to your home to measure (the template creation phase), the fee of $225 is non-refundable but you can be refunded for the custom countertop since the material has yet to be altered in any way.

  • If fabrication has begun (fabrication begins after template creation and any possible upcharges have been settled), the custom countertop purchase is no longer refundable. The customer can refuse the material however no refund will be provided. This is due to the fact that once fabrication has begun, the material has started being prepped for the customer's project and is no longer viable for another project.

Store
