Harder to use than I thoughtMarvinSeasoning the pan with oil in the oven left a residue which only seems to come off on the food, getting the pan clean after use is very difficult, especially if you follow the instructions not to use detergent. The idea of a cast iron pan is to hold a lot of heat, but this one seems to burn food pretty easily. I'm still trying but at this rate the pan will be discarded soon.
