IKEA Family Price Protection Terms & Conditions


What is Price Protection?  

With Price Protection included in the IKEA Family membership, if some criteria are met, a refund may be offered. To qualify for price protection, the following criteria must be met:  

  • Original proof of purchase (receipt/tax invoice)  
  • The purchase must be made within the last 30 days using your IKEA Family membership. 
  • The promotion or new price must be current/ongoing (no past sales)

Price Protection Policy Conditions: 

Upon presentation of proof of purchase (receipt/tax invoice).

  • The price of an item purchased is reduced within 30 days of the original purchase date  
  • The item must have an identical article number  
  • The refund must be requested/performed during the promotional sale period during which the original price of the item is reduced  
  • Item must be part of the IKEA Singapore range  

 

Exclusions:

  • Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts already applied to the same item.
  • Price Protection is not applicable to:    
    • Services  
    • Food products 
    • Items purchased in As-is  


Refund Method: 

Approved price protection requests will be refunded to the original method of payment.
