Click & collect in-store - $10

Proceed to check out from your shopping cart and select "Collect from IKEA store". When your order is ready, you will receive a second email to inform you that it is ready for collection. We will keep your order for 3 days, starting from the day you receive the second email. 

The Click & collect service is $10 per order with no minimum purchase. 

After you have completed online payment, you will receive a confirmation email on the details of your order. Please look out for a second email before going to the selected store. It will inform you that your items are ready for collection.

The pick-up time is between 12pm and 8pm, which will be mentioned in the email. 

The confirmation email will state the collection location for your order.

Head to the following locations: 

• IKEA Alexandra: Merchandise pick-up counter (Counter A&B), Level 1 
• IKEA Tampines: Merchandise pick-up counter (Counter 6), Level 3 

Simply show the coworker your order confirmation email with your order number and tax invoice.

Yes, please ensure that upon collection your proxy will be required to produce the order confirmation email with your order number and tax invoice. 

No amendment nor cancellations can be done once the order and services are paid and confirmed. Please call us at +65 6786 6868 for any further assistance. 

We will hold your order for 3 days starting from the day you receive the second email. If you have not collected your order after 3 days, the order will be cancelled and only the value of the purchase will be refunded to you.

If one or more of your ordered items becomes unavailable, we will give you a call before your selected pick-up time frame. You may choose to be refunded the amount of the unavailable item(s), and still pick up the rest of your order. Alternatively, you can choose to cancel your entire order for a full refund.

No, please collect your order within 3 days after receiving the email notification. The order will be automatically cancelled and refunded if not collected after 3 days.
