Most of our products are flat packed and designed in such a way that they can easily fit in your car. However, if you prefer to have your purchase delivered, we have a range of delivery options for you to choose from when shopping at IKEA.sg or shopping at your nearest IKEA store.

Shopping at IKEA.sg

If you’re placing an order online, we offer the following delivery options:

Parcel delivery service fee is $10.
Truck delivery service fee is $70.

To qualify for parcel delivery, the order must fulfil these criteria:
1) Total weight less than 24kg;
2) Longest side of an item should not exceed 1.4m.

Our fully coordinated kitchen and bathroom installation service can save you valuable time, especially when it comes to tricky parts like plumbing, electricity and joiner's work. Talk to our kitchen and bathroom experts in store for more information.

All installation comes with 3-month workmanship warranty so that you can feel confident that your kitchen and bathroom will be installed to the highest industry standards.

Pricing
The cost of kitchen installation service starts from $30/ft.
The cost of bathroom installation service starts from $120.

It's OK to change your mind

So long as you retain your original receipt, you can return an unassembled item in its original packaging within 365 days for a full refund.

Do note that our return policy does not apply to cut fabric, plants, unwrapped bed linen, kitchen appliances, custom-made worktops or products damaged upon leaving the store.

If the return criteria are not fully met, we may refuse the return or offer an exchange or an IKEA Refund Card.

Love it or exchange it

When it comes to mattresses, we offer something special.

You may exchange your mattress once within 365 days if you don't love it, provided your merchandise is not found by IKEA to be dirty, marked, damaged or abused.
