Offer Mechanism:

  • Family and Friends get a 15% discount on their current purchases with maximum discount amount of QR 500 during the Offer duration.

 

Redemption:

  • Instant 15% discount on their current purchase during the offer duration.
  • Maximum discount value per transaction QR 500.
  • This offer is applicable only to in-store purchases and excluding online purchases.
  • The 15% discount can be also used on services including interior design, delivery, and assembly.

 

General T&Cs:

  • B2B customers are not eligible to receive the 15% discount.
  • The offer is applicable in the customers restaurant, Bistro and Swedish food market in-Store only.·        15% discount are not applicable for IKEA Gift Card purchases.
  • The 15% discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tender.
  • To obtain a 15% discount at the IKEA Store, families and friends need to present their original notification SMS / WhatsApp messages to the cashier at the checkout.
  • The offer is only valid for the In-store Available to sell products and not for quotations.
  • A refund is applicable only at the discounted price and not the original price.
  • All returns and/or refunds shall be subject to IKEA’s Return Policy.
  • Al-Futtaim IKEA shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the discount.
  • We reserve the right to revoke the discount if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity, or improper use. You agree that you will not use a revoked.
  • Customers may be requested to provide their phone number and/or email address. Al-Futtaim IKEA will be the data controller for such personal data and will use it for the purposes of administering this promotion and to contact participants.
  • Al-Futtaim IKEA processes personal data based on a legitimate interest as described herein. By entering this promotion and providing your phone number to us, each participant confirms that they have understood that their phone number will be processed for the purposes described above.
