Customers must apply online at [registration] to partake in the event. IKEA will notify the selected participants by email or phone call.

Only IKEA Family members are eligible to apply.

Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

Applicants must provide their full name, contact number and email address when completing the application. IKEA will be the data controller for such personal data and will use it for the purposes of administering this event and to contact participants.

Photographs and videos will be taken during the event by IKEA as well as other participants. Participants will be required to grant consent to IKEA to use the images for advertising, commercial and various social media publications.

Only selected participants will be allowed to enter the designated area and partake in the event. IKEA reserves the right to refuse entry to applicants who were not selected for this event.

All participants will be required to sign a consent form upon arrival at the event.

IKEA reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the event.
