Induction hobs are extremely energy efficient, fast and precise as induction technology transfers energy directly into magnetic cookware.
The induction zones transfer heat directly to the base of the pan and cool down quickly when the pan is removed. This gives you greater control over the temperature when you cook and also prevents food from burning to the pan and the hob surface.
The extractor hood automatically adjusts to the heating level on the hob – the higher the heat, the more powerful the extraction capacity.
Depending on your home setup, you can install the hob with ducting to vent air outside – or, if that’s not an option, a trusty charcoal filter does the trick too!
