non-stick fail after 3 weeksChristianinitially very pleased with the non-stick effect and plain surface, even on induction heat, no wobble at all. Great heat distribution and quick heat-up.
Alas after 3 weeks of normal usage we had the same story as many other users here, there was a build-up of polymerized oil sticking to the more and more sticky surface. Never happened on any PTFE or ceramic glass pans.
It wasn't even removable as the sol-gel coating has lost its non-stick so so soon. Only after using machine wash powder bath for some minutes but non-stick was already compromised too much, so disappointed after all that great IKEA pans all those years
Good pan butAnonymous reviewerOverall it has good quality. The problem that I have is while frying an egg. The pan is not curvy enough for the egg to be able to slide into the plate.
