It’s OK to change your mind. That's why, at IKEA, returning a product is simple and easy. You can try our products at home and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 365 days to return or exchange it.

How to make a return at IKEA
We’ve simplified our IKEA return policy so that there are just three things to remember about making a return to us.
- You have 365 days to do it, whether your product is new and packaged, or opened and assembled.
- Bring your invoice.
- You can always return it to any IKEA store*, no matter where you bought it.

In-store returns
Want to return a product? You can do it in any of our stores even if it is not in the store where you've made the purchase.
To be able to make a return, the invoice is required.
Express returns
Do you want to return up to 5 products in our store? Fill in the form below and save time. After registering your return, go to the Customer Service Desk with the invoice, to return the products.
Returns at collection points
If you want to return your products at a fixed collection point, contact us through any of our channels to find out more information and the associated costs.
Truck returns
Larger products that you wish to return can be picked up by a trusted external partner. However, unless the product you are returning is part of a complaint, the return has an associated cost. We will inform you of the cost, which will be deducted from your refund before it is made.
The exception is if the product you are returning is defective, damaged or not as described. In that case, we cover the cost of collection.
If you want the product to be collected, contact us and don't forget to indicate the order number.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel orders that haven't shipped yet via the track and manage your order page. To cancel orders already shipped, you must contact our customer support.
For online orders, we offer a 14-day cancellation policy. This provides a full refund, plus your basic delivery charge, if you cancel up to 14 days after the order has arrived to you.
