How to make a claim at IKEA

We have made our IKEA claims process quick, easy and accessible. We want to hear from you if you experience any quality or other product or service issues.

Whether you bought your product or service online or in a store, you can always either call us or come to the store to submit a claim. Please have your receipt at hand to make the process smoother.

If you are missing something from a delivery you have received, have your order confirmation and/or delivery note at hand.

Household appliances

For any appliances claim, please connect with our suppliers who will help you to repair or replace your product. You can also order spare parts through the suppliers

TaskRabbit​
