To confirm the balance of your gift/return card, simply access here or go to IKEA.pt.
- Enter the last 13 digits of the card number (composed of 19 characters in total) in the field provided for this purpose;
- If it is a valid number, a field will appear to enter the gift/return card;
- PIN next, the balance of the gift/return card is displayed.
