Offers & Promotions

1. This raffle is open to all residents of the Philippines aged 21 and above.
2. The promo period runs from July 5 to August 31, 2025.
3. The raffle is open to all IKEA Family members, both newly registered and existing.
4. To qualify for the raffle, IKEA Family members must register through the Dream Trip Stockholm Campaign page at ana.ms/IKEAFamily.
5. Registration is open from July 5 to August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
6. Members must make a single-receipt transaction within the promo period (July 5 to August 31, 2025). No minimum purchase is required.
7. Members must present their IKEA Family eCard for purchases at IKEA Pasay City or enter their IKEA Family membership number upon checkout at IKEA.ph.
8. Members must also opt to choose “Allow” to be contactable via electronic direct mail and mail from IKEA Family and ANA.
9. Only one (1) raffle entry per IKEA Family member per day is allowed. Members can make multiple purchases during the promo period, allowing a maximum of fifty-eight (58) entries in total.
10. Only purchases made on or before August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM are eligible.
11. Splitting receipts on the same day to generate more entries is not allowed.
12. The IKEA Family membership details used during the transaction will determine the raffle entry. Mismatched details may result in disqualification.
13. The raffle draw will be conducted electronically at the IKEA Philippines Service Office, under the supervision of a DTI representative, on September 5, 2025.
14. The travel period must fall within 6 months from the date of the raffle winner announcement, excluding December 2025.
15. The trip will be documented as part of a travel video for IKEA Philippines, subject to visa approval.
16. If the winner is not granted a travel visa and is unable to claim the prize, it will be converted to a ₱50,000 IKEA Gift Card. 
17. IKEA will shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.
18. All prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
19. Major prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets for a trip to Stockholm, Sweden.
     
    1. The major raffle prize includes:
       (1) Base fare airline ticket sponsored by ANA and land transportation from Manila Airport to Stockholm, Sweden.
       (2) Travel taxes and airline taxes.
       (3) Accommodation for 4 days and 3 nights.
       (4) Travel allowance( worth ₱20,000)
       
       
    2. The following are NOT included in the prize:
       (1) VISA fees and processing for the winner and their chosen companion
       (2) Personal expenses incurred by the winner outside of the stated inclusions.
20. A winner can only win one prize during the raffle draw. Prizes will be drawn in the following order:
    1. 1. First draw:
          1st minor prize: 1 winner of Tretorn Shoes worth ₱25,000.
       2. Second draw:
          2nd minor prize: 1 winner of Tretorn Shoes worth ₱25,000.
       3. Third draw:
          3rd major prize: 1 winner of 2 tickets to Stockholm, Sweden, worth USD 1,500 each ticket.
21. An IKEA Philippines representative will contact all winners via email, mobile phone, or registered mail through official communication channels. Only notifications made directly by IKEA Philippines will be considered valid.
22. In claiming the prizes, winners should submit a photocopy of two (2) valid IDs (SSS, passport, driver’s license), preferably with a photo and signature, together with the receipt and registered notice at IKEA Pasay City, Marina Way, MOA Complex, Pasay City.
23. Winners will be given seven (7) days from receipt of registered notice to claim the prize. After the claiming period, the unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of IKEA Philippines with prior approval of the DTI. 
24. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of IKEA with prior approval of the DTI.
25. By participating in the event, customers must fully read and understand the terms and conditions of the campaign. 
26. The decision of IKEA Philippines with regard to the promo mechanics, winners, and prizes, with the concurrence of DTI, is final.

Tretorn Shoes Raffle Mechanics

1. This raffle is open to all residents of the Philippines aged 21 and above.
2. The promo period is from July 5 to August 31, 2025.
3. This raffle is open to all IKEA Family members, whether newly joined or with existing membership.
4. To qualify for the anniversary raffle, IKEA Family members must first register through ana.ms/IKEAFamily and make a purchase at IKEA Pasay City or the IKEA.ph online store from July 5 to August 31, 2025.
5. Members must make a single-receipt transaction with no minimum purchase amount during this period to join the raffle. Receipts dated before or after the promo period are not eligible.
6. Members MUST present their IKEA Family eCard when purchasing at IKEA Pasay City or enter their IKEA Family membership number upon checkout at IKEA.ph.
7. Only one (1) raffle entry per IKEA Family member per day is allowed, based on a single-receipt transaction.
8. Only purchases made until 11:59 PM on August 31, 2025, are qualified.
9. Splitting receipts on the same day to generate multiple raffle entries is not allowed.
10. The IKEA Family membership details used during the transaction will serve as the bearer of the raffle entry.
11. Mismatched membership details may result in disqualification.
12. The raffle draw will be conducted electronically at the IKEA Philippines Service Office under the supervision of a DTI representative.
13. IKEA will shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.00.
14. All prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
15. Minor prize inclusions are as follows:
    1. Two (2) winners will each receive five (5) pairs of Tretorn shoes (worth ₱25,000 per winner). 
    2. 1.Tretorn Shoes are pre-selected from the following variety of Tretorn shoes, and winners can select 5 pairs each:
       • • Tretorn Rawlins White/White – ₱5,490
         • Tretorn Rawlins Black/White – ₱5,490
         • Tretorn Rawlins White/Navy – ₱5,490
         • Tretorn Rawlins White/Green – ₱5,490
16. A winner may only win one (1) prize during the raffle draw. Prizes will be drawn as follows:
    •  First draw: 1st minor prize: 1 winner of Tretorn Shoes worth P25,000
    • Second draw: 2nd minor prize: 1 winner of Tretorn Shoes worth P25,000
    • Third draw: 3rd major prize: 1 winner of 2 tickets to Stockholm, Sweden
17. An IKEA Philippines representative will contact all winners via email/mobile/registered mail. Only notifications that are done by IKEA Philippines directly are considered valid.
