• Remote planning service
  A free 1-hour online consultation where you plan your kitchen, wardrobe or storage solution with an IKEA planner via video call. This service focuses on planning a specific room or area using IKEA planning tools.
• In-store kitchen planning service
  A free face-to-face planning session at the IKEA Kitchen Planning Studio. Our kitchen planners will help you design your kitchen layout, optimise storage and choose products that suit your space and daily needs.
• IKEA Interior Design Service
  A professional design service (fees apply) for customers who need help designing a complete room or several areas of their home. A designer will provide layout planning, styling ideas and product recommendations to help create a cohesive look.

Remote planning sessions are conducted online via video consultation. This service does not include in-store appointments or home visits.

If you prefer face-to-face support, you can visit your nearest IKEA store. Our co-workers can assist with planning IKEA storage systems such as PAX, BESTÅ, PLATSA, SMÅSTAD, EKET and BOAXEL.

For kitchen planning, you can also book an in-store kitchen planning appointment at the IKEA Kitchen Planning Studio.

Please note: In-store planning support for other areas focuses mainly on IKEA storage systems rather than full-room planning.

Our planning tools are designed to focus on one room or area at a time, so each session is dedicated to planning a specific space.

If you need help planning several areas of your home, you may consider the IKEA Interior Design Service.

For the Remote Planning service, planners are assigned automatically based on availability. This means you may be assisted by different planners if you book multiple sessions.

If you prefer to work with the same designer throughout your project, you may consider the IKEA Interior Design Service, where a dedicated designer is assigned to you.

Please note that these services do not include renovation work or project management.

When your plan is finalised, our team will share a payment link with you. Payments can be made via debit card, credit card, or FPX.

Please note: Instalment payment options may not be available for purchases made through the Remote Planning Team.

IKEA products are designed as modular solutions with fixed sizes, colours, and configurations. Custom-made furniture or made-to-measure cabinets are not available.
