Bedroom guarantee
We’re known for our 10-year mattress guarantee, which covers mattresses and bed bases marked with our logo, against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not apply to all mattress pads, JESSHEIM mattresses, RAHOLT mattresses, sofa bed mattresses, and children's mattresses.
We also offer you a 10-year guarantee that covers PAX/KOMPLEMENT wardrobes and interior organizers marked with the logo, against defects in materials and workmanship. SKYTTA sliding doors marked with the logo are also covered by a 10-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.

Living room guarantee
We can offer you a 10-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship that covers the frames and cushions of our sofas, armchairs, sofa beds, and footstools. For some products, this involves a 25-year guarantee.

Kitchen guarantee
We offer you a 25-year guarantee that covers defects in the material and workmanship on the METOD kitchen system along with a 10-year guarantee on the ENHET kitchen system.
All indoor kitchen mixer taps have a 10-year guarantee and IKEA appliances have a 5-year guarantee. Except TILLREDA, which has a 2-year gurantee.
This guarantee is valid for domestic kitchen use and is subject to the terms and conditions stated in this booklets.
Bathroom guarantee
We offer you a 10-year guarantee that covers defects in the material and workmanship on the GODMORGON and ENHET bathroom series, all wash basins, mixer taps, and shower mixers.
All shower accessories such as riser rails, head and hand showers, shower hoses, and hand shower parking brackets have a 3-year guarantee.

Storage guarantee
We offer you a 10-year guarantee that covers defects in materials, workmanship, and function on all the main parts of the BROR storage system. That excludes the BROR trolley, workbench, workbench with drawers, shelf divider, add-on shelf, tool holder, drawer 84x39 cm, drawer 84x54 cm and cabinet 85x40x190 cm.

Workspace and office furniture guarantee
We offer a 10-year guarantee that covers defects in material, workmanship, and function for office furniture. The desks, tables, storage, screens and room dividers covered in this guarantee are defects in materials, workmanship and function on all main parts in the BEKANT storage, IDÅSEN series, GALANT storage, HÄLLAN storage, MITTZON series, TROTTEN series and RODULF desk from the date of purchase at IKEA. We can offer a 10-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship in the moving parts and frame for work chairs.
