- Product info: look into our website! We know it is only in Italian but you can translate the content with the browser translator.
- Delivery: we can deliver your IKEA item in Italy. Delivery to other countries are not done
- Return: you can return your item within 365 days. Receipt is needed. Book the return by yourself in store or at the Post Office. For buying the home pick up instead, email us.
- How to shop with foreign/no fiscal code: you can't buy on IKEA.it if you don't have an italian codice fiscale (fiscal code). Please email us and note the list of item that you need, your personal and delivery information.
