    Doesn't work. slices nothingVijayeetaYou keep running the potato on the slicer, the blade slices nothing. The blade and the black plastic portion are on the same level, hence doesn't cut anything.1

    Awesome- the piece and the price!AnjuAt first I had no idea which one the 'dial' was and didn't notice the '0' either. Figured it out after watching youtube shorts. Turning the dial was a bit bothersome initially as it was really tight. My kids were thrilled to see thin, thin slices of iceberg lettuce and onions for their sandwiches. The hadndguard is so thoughtful! Thanks Ikea.5
