IKEA Family Activation Campaign – Terms & conditions

  • This offer is applicable only for select members of IKEA Family. Offer eligibility/qualification to said offer will be at the sole discretion of IKEA.
  • Eligible members will be notified through email with instructions to claim their respective coupon. After validation of the family card number on the campaign landing page (on IKEA website), members will receive their respective coupon on their registered email id.
  • This offer entitles the eligible IKEA Family member to Rs.500 discount on minimum shopping of Rs.2500 on IKEA.in
  • The validity of this offer is from 18th June – 4th July 2021
  • This offer is valid only on shopping at IKEA.in (both home delivery & click and collect) and not valid at IKEA stores.
  • To avail of the offer, Family members must share their 19-digit IKEA Family card number during the checkout process when prompted.
  • This offer is applicable only on products and not applicable on services or food purchase. The shopping value should be Rs.2500 or more excluding the delivery or click and collect charges.
  • The coupon code will be a one-time usage coupon and gets deactivated once used.
  • This offer is valid for select IKEA Family Members in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat & Vadodara residing in the pin codes that IKEA offers home delivery.
  • Members will not be liable to claim the offer once the coupons expire.
  • Expiry dates, validity & campaign period will be at the sole discretion of IKEA, and IKEA reserves the right to modify, alter, terminate or amend the validity of full or any part of the offer any time it deems appropriate.
  • This offer/coupon is not transferable and can’t be exchanged against cash. A customer can redeem only 1 coupon against 1 invoice.
  • This coupon in any form should not be promoted or used for marketing activities by the members.
  • IKEA FAMILY coupons are the sole property of IKEA and should not be distributed in any form electronically or otherwise including social platforms.
  • IKEA reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
  • IKEA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Members access to its service, or parts of it, if in IKEA’s reasonable view the relevant Member or Account appears to be in breach of any provision of this AgreementIKEA reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the offer, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), with or without notice.
  • In case of any product returns, the IKEA return policy applies. However please note that the offer benefit (coupon/voucher) cannot be re-issued to the customer. The discount is a one-time usage coupon that cannot be reapplied in cases of product returns.
  • In case the customer loses/misplaces the coupon code, a duplicate will be issued only on a case to case basis where the customer is able to furnish sufficient proof of it being not in possession of the customer, and IKEA on its discretion will make the coupon available within 7 working days.
  • The coupon shall be used only by the customer to whom the coupon is issued and shall not be allowed to be assigned, transferred, gifted.
  • Liability: We warrant that this offer will be provided with reasonable care and skill with the intention of meeting our specifications for the offer, but we cannot and do not guarantee that this offer will meet your requirements.We shall have no other obligation, duty or liability whatsoever in contract, tort (including negligence, breach of statutory duty, deficiency in service, unfair trade practice and any other tort) or otherwise as defined below:A) For any loss of revenue, business, anticipated savings or profits; (B) any errors in or omissions from the Site or offer or any services or products obtainable therefrom; (C) the unavailability or interruption of the offer/benefits or any features thereof; (D) your use or Redemption of the offer/coupon.
  • All the above terms and conditions shall be over and above the other applicable IKEA and IKEA Family terms and conditions. 

 

Returns and Exchange:

  • For returns or exchange of online orders, we insist customers share the pictures of the articles and the proof of purchase (invoice) with our Customer Support Center at [email protected] before the articles are accepted for returns or exchange by our CSC Co-workers and accordingly picked up from the customer’s doorstep.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 days from the day the returned articles are received and accepted by IKEA India
