Can I exchange mattress within the first 30 days after purchase?
We suggest you to use the mattress at least for 30 days.
Mattress Trial & Exchange Policy
We understand that it can take time to get used to a new mattress. That’s why we offer you 30 days to make sure it’s the right fit. If it doesn’t feel quite right, you’re welcome to exchange it for another mattress that suits you better.
To be eligible for an exchange, the mattress must be in a clean, unstained, and hygienic condition.
Please note:
- A mattress can be exchanged only once within a 365-day period.
- Exchanges are subject to inspection and availability.
