Can IKEA pick up my old mattress if I want to return it?
If you would like IKEA to collect your mattress or mattress pad, contact IKEA’s customer service centre during opening hours or visit nearest IKEA store.

Pickup service is available for a small fee, payable in advance. To receive a full refund, the mattress should be in its original, unopened packaging. If it’s been opened, don't worries — you’ll still be eligible for an exchange.
