My mattress is very firm, can I swap this ?
Your new mattress is designed to gradually adapt and provide the right support for your body. In the first few weeks, it may feel slightly firm, but within a month it will settle in to give you the comfort you need.
Some of our mattresses are roll packed. They can be used right away but will regain their shape, length and thickness completely after 3-4 days. To get the best comfort you also need the right pillow. Make sure that you have a pillow that suits you and your new mattress.
