What is IKEA return policy for a custom worktop?
Customized products are not eligible for return. All other items can be returned or exchanged within 365 days from the purchase date.
IKEA provides customizable quartz kitchen worktops, adding elegance and style to your kitchen space. However, customized products are not eligible for return and are excluded from the 365‑day return period. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
