How do I pay as an IKEA Business Network customer?

You can pay using various payment methods, just as a regular customer can! Additionally, NEFT/RTGS payments are available exclusively for our B2B customers.

Payment Methods

You can place your order using the following payment methods:
  • In-store: Cash, Debit & Credit Cards, mobile Wallets, IKEA Gift card, and IKEA Refund card.
  • Online: UPI, Debit & Credit Cards, mobile Wallets, IKEA Gift card, IKEA Refund card, Internet banking, and card-based EMI.
  • Remote Order Service: Assisted orders placed through our Customer Support Centre (such as IVR and Link to pay).
  • Business Customers (B2B): We offer NEFT/RTGS exclusively for our business customers.
 

Accepted Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro, Diners, and American Express.

IKEA Gift Card and Refund Card

You can use an IKEA Gift card or an IKEA Refund card for full or partial payment. Simply enter your card details at checkout.

Important Notes

  • When shopping in-store, remember to use your IKEA business details at the checkout. For online transactions, please ensure you are logged into your IKEA Business account.
  • In addition to their standard benefits, IKEA Business Network members can enjoy guaranteed offers on a select range of products, similar to IKEA Family members.
