Why isn't my voucher/discount code working?

Ensure you have met the minimum spend required to use your voucher and that there are no other offers on your purchase.

If your voucher is not being accepted at the checkout, please ensure:

  • The discount code is input correctly (it is case sensitive).
  • For IKEA Family voucher's you need to be logged in to your IKEA Family or IKEA Business account to help us recognise you are eligible. 
  • Check whether the voucher is valid for online use. 
  • The voucher is valid and has not expired. 
  • You reached the minimum spend.
  • That there are no discounted items or IKEA Family priced items in your shopping bag (if the voucher states it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer).

If you are using your voucher in-store and having issues, please ask a co-worker for assistance.

If you have done the above and are still unsure as to why you cannot checkout online, please contact us with the voucher code and the error which is being displayed.
