Do all deliveries take place in the room of your choice?
Yes! Orders are delivered to the room of your choice.
Order delivery will take place at the location specified on the delivery instructions at the time of placing order (Online or in-store) , to the one-room of choice* which would ideally where the product will be assembled.
* In case of an elevator, customer to ensure prior necessary approvals to carry the articles in the elevator
* In case of no elevator, our transport provider can deliver the articles till the 4th floor only, or will deliver the same at the building security/reception to have it collected by the customer.
