Do all deliveries take place in the room of your choice?
Yes! Orders are delivered to the room of your choice.
Order delivery will take place at the location specified on the delivery instructions at the time of placing the order (online or in-store), to the room of choice* where the product will ideally be assembled.
* In case of an elevator, the customer must ensure prior necessary approvals to carry the articles in the elevator.
* In case of no elevator, our transport provider can deliver the articles up to the 4th floor only, or will deliver them to the building security/reception for collection by the customer.
