What is IKEA Buyback & Resell service?

When you are ready to let someone else enjoy your much-loved IKEA products, bring them back to IKEA Hyderabad store at any time of the year. You’ll then get in-store credit to make your next purchase more affordable, while your used items find a new home. 

With the Buyback & Resell service, you can prolong the life of your IKEA furniture. We buy back your used furniture items in return for an IKEA refund card. Your pre-loved products will then be sold in our Re-shop and Re-use area in the store or online, where it provides a chance for someone else to give them a second life at an affordable price. It also helps IKEA to become more people and planet-positive and to transform into a circular company.  
Buyback is only available at IKEA Hyderabad store at the moment. This service is yet to be available in other cities.
To participate, please share images of your furniture at customer.support.in@ikea.com. Our team will validate the images and get back to you with a confirmation.
