How do I make a complaint?

We understand sometimes not everything goes to plan, however, we always have our friendly customer support co-workers on hand to help with any queries or complaints you may have, whether these be regarding an in-store or an online purchase.

We sincerely regret something hasn't gone quite right. If you’d like to share feedback or make a complaint, there are several easy ways to get in touch with us:
  • Contact us online: Please reach out to us via phone, email, or chat — that works best for you.
  • Visit store: If you would prefer to speak to a co-worker in the store, please visit your IKEA store from where the purchase is done.
To help us support you as smoothly as possible, please keep your order or purchase details handy. We may ask you to confirm some personal information when contacting us.
Our Customer Service Centre opening hour is: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on all the days.
