Caution against fake IKEA website and social media channels.

IKEA India is not associated with any other marketplaces or online shopping platforms.

Recently, we have come across fake IKEA websites and social media accounts. Before booking an order online or if you have any doubt about the website, please reach out to customer.support.in@ikea.com or contact toll-free 1800 419 4532 for support.
Kindly note: If you contact IKEA Customer Support after you have completed the transaction on a fake website/account, we won’t be able to process or support the order.
Mentioned below are the customer meeting points of IKEA India:
  • The official website for IKEA shopping and communication is www.ikea.in or IKEA App,
  • IKEA stores (as mentioned below),
  • Our toll-free number is 1800 419 4532.
Our available serviceable locations are categorized into:
  1. IKEA Stores: Hyderabad, Mumbai (Navi Mumbai & Worli City Store), Bengaluru (Nagasandra, and Essensai - Plan and order point), New Delhi (Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden), Pune (Phoenix Marketcity, Viman Nagar).
  2. Online purchases only: Based on selected deliverable postal codes of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara), Tamil Nadu, Goa, and Delhi-NCR*. Note: To know if your location pincode is serviceable, you can enter your postal code & check it from IKEA website (at the top right-hand side of the webpage).
*Delhi-NCR: We are now serviceable in Delhi-NCR, including Chandigarh, Agra, Prayagraj (Allahabad), Amritsar, Jaipur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Ludhiana, and Varanasi.
