Cute lightAnonymous reviewerI have wanted this light shade for over a year, finally I bought it and I wasn't disappointed. It looks super cute in my bedroom when it's off and spreads light to every part of the room when it's on. I did use an energy saving light bulb but a very high lumens. If you put a low lumens light I think the light would be very low but you may want that. Also, you don't need to rewire the light as it seems, I attached my shade to the existing wire, so don't be put off by that. If you buy this light you wont be disappointed. 10 out of 10 as usual ikea.5

Looks great but weird materialAnonymous reviewerIn the description it says the lampshade is made of textile, but it is made of plastic, not sure how safe that is, but def not env. friendly. I love Ikea things and buy most of my things there, but recently I noticed that in the name of sustainability the quality became much worse and most things are made of plastic and furniture made of recycled paper. These new products don’t last long and impossible to safely dispose them, and plastic will not break down in nature for a million years. 3
