Having low ceilings we needed a light which didn't stick out physically or visually. Being dimmable is a great feature as on full power the light is bright but can be muted for a more intimate look. For the price it is a good light.

Easy to install and even though it's a smart light it just turns on and off from the light switch. If you have a smart home set up it is controllable from a remote and with a hub from anywhere with the IKEA Smart Home app. A great product for smaller spaces, the larger version is great for bigger spaces.

Brilliant!Anonymous reviewerGreat light for the price. It paired straight away with the Rodret remote and it will even pair with my third-party Zigbee receiver to control it with Home Assistant. I really appreciate that IKEA haven’t locked down their devices so we have the flexibility to use them how we please.
Fitting was simple once I’d figured out how to rewire the existing pendant light. There’s plenty of room inside the light to house all the wires on a standard UK loop and the diffuser is so good that it hides everything inside and gives an even glow throughout.
I opted to change the existing light switch to a key switch so that the light can’t be accidentally turned off and I can always use the wireless remote when I need to.
The light is very bright at max setting, which is just what I need but it dims right down to a soft glow.
My only complaint is that the diffuser has a small black mark on it that I don’t think I have caused but I’m just going to live with it.
I will be getting more of these!

Bright, great dimmer, easy to installAnonymous reviewerFinally a bright light from Ikea :-) Used in a hallway and bedroom. Looks plastic up close, but once installed it blends into the ceiling and creates more space than a pendant. The dimmer means you can have a cosy space but the decent output it lights up a larger room well. Plus so easy to install.
DelightfulAnonymous reviewerI've fittted three of these ceiling lamps and the quality of light really enhances my home. The range of brightness is very flexible and the colour tone adds a subtle warmth to the rooms they are in. They are very lightweight so don't require massive fixings, easy connection and value for money.
