An ergonomic pillow with 3-layer structure that can be adapted in height and comfort depending on your sleeping preferences.

With all three foam layers, you get a high pillow that is ideal for back and side sleepers. Remove the mid-layer to make the pillow lower and comfier for stomach sleepers.

Cooling gel layer and cooling fabric on one side provide a soothing sleep surface. Soft, non-cooling check-pattern fabric on the other side. Flip to the side that suits you best.

Good and solidAnonymous reviewerAs a side sleeper with broad shoulders I like a solid pillow & usually use a pillow with springs in but thought I'd give this a try. So far it has been great! My head is supported & doesn't sink into the pillow too much. Only negatives are that 1 it isn't standard size so my pillow cases are too big 2 the zip for the cover is on a long side & I like to turn my pillow in the night which means sometimes it's against my shoulder4

Material

How to care for your ergonomic pillow

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your ergonomic pillow and keep it fresh. It is important that you do not wash the foam, as this will affect the pillow's quality and function. However, you can always wash the outer pillow cover. Remove the cover from the foam and machine wash at max. 40°C, regular cycle. Tumble dry on low heat, max. 60°C.
