Nice fabricVerified ReviewerNice fabric but very loose fit in bed.3
Very softVerified ReviewerVery soft sheet, fits well.5
Very shinyVerified ReviewerNot my taste at all… looks like something from a bordello! Won’t be buying this again.2
Feels so smoothVerified ReviewerThe material of these are just so dreamy. They keep the little ones from overheating in their sleep, whilst keeping them comfy too. I specially got these as my children quite often do not sleep on their pillows, so the material is perfect for their Afro Caribbean hair (when the bonnet falls off in their sleep) Worth the extra cost!5
Great productVerified ReviewerGreat product5
Enormous!!! More like 95x110Verified ReviewerDon’t buy!! Having bought an IKEA 90x200 I purchased 2 sets of this as they came as recommended for the size of mattress. They are over 10cm too long, even after washing. Very disappointed.1

NATTJASMINVerified ReviewerVery pleased with this fitted sheet. It has a very soft and silky feel and fits on the mattress very well and does not keep slipping off at the corners like some do5
NattjasminVerified ReviewerGood quality and washes well5
Nice soft silky fitted sheet.Verified ReviewerI bought this as a double sheet to match the duvet set of the same name. Nice silky feel and soft to sleep on. I love the Ikea fitted sheets because they are nice and deep and easily cover over a mattress topper. Superb quality as usual too.5
Nice to sleep on but shrunk when first washedVerified ReviewerBought this fitted sheet because the description stated would fit 26 cms deep mattress and contained with lyocell. The sheet is smooth and soft providing a comfortable nights sleep and fitted well around my deep mattress but after the first wash it shrank and now just reaches the bottom edges of my mattress so that it doesn't go underneath. However bering this in mind it is still comfortable to sleep on and easy to wash and iron.4
Fantastic qualityVerified ReviewerI was looking for quality at a great price and I found them. I pitty that I couldn't find a flat sheets to match5
PerfectVerified ReviewerGood fit and elastic edge keeps it in place.5
Terrible fitVerified ReviewerSo far have bought three of the so called fitted sheets for European Kingsize Bed and not one of them fits. I bought a fixed sheet a couple of years ago which fits like a glove and allegedly is the same size as the new ones. Comparing the two sheets today there is no way the new fitted sheets are the same size. Don’t waste your time buying this sheet as I can guarantee it won’t fit your Ikea mattress.1
Highly RecommendedVerified ReviewerSilky smooth, fits well and stays put. Dries quickly when washed. Will be buying another when we next make the long journey to our nearest IKEA.5

Our take on cotton

We use cotton in many of our products, from sofas and cushions to bed linen and mattresses. It is a soft, durable and renewable fibre that breathes and is good at absorbing moisture. All these great qualities make cotton one of our most important materials, but it isn’t without its challenges, much having to do with conventional farming methods that negatively impact the environment and poor working conditions for farmers. With our size and production volumes, we want to drive change in the cotton industry.

Working together to drive change

Each year, IKEA uses around 0.5 percent of all cotton grown around the world. This may not seem like a lot, but the number is big enough to drive change in the industry. For many years, we have been working with partners and stakeholders globally to transform conventional large-scale cotton farming and set social and environmental standards for cotton production. As an example, we helped set up the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) who runs the world’s largest cotton sustainability programme. BCI exists to make global cotton production better for the people who produce it, better for the environment it grows in and better for the sector’s future. Today, more than 110,000 farmers have adopted more sustainable farming practices within IKEA projects.

Ensuring compliance throughout the value chain

All IKEA products are produced in accordance with the IKEA IWAY Standard, our Supplier Code of Conduct. It sets out the minimum environmental and social standards expected from our suppliers, including compliance with local laws. We do not accept any form of forced labour, child labour or treatments in breach of our supply chain requirements. Our cotton teams across the globe ensure that all cotton used in IKEA products meets the demands of compliance in our supply chain. By having teams on the ground in areas where it has previously been challenging to work responsibly, we can challenge the traditional ways of working and improve the industry. If we discover that we are acting in places where we cannot ensure our requirements are being met, we follow-up on the ground and drive change.

Material

What is cotton?

Cotton is one of the world's most appreciated and used natural fibres. Textiles in cotton are soft, hardwearing and can be washed at high temperatures. They are also good at breathing and absorbing moisture – making them pleasant to wear close to the body. Today at IKEA we use more and more recycled cotton and strive to make sure that all the new cotton we use has been grown and produced with less and less amounts of pesticides, fertilisers and water.

Function solution

No bunched-up sheets

A fitted sheet has elastic edging all around that makes it stay in place on the bed. This way, you won't be disturbed by a sheet that tangles and bunches up during the night. You'll find it easier to get a good night's sleep - and your bed will look tidier too!
