Way better than I expected Anonymous reviewerI don't know what people expect for £27 these days but these frames are really, really good and unbelievable value for money. I wouldn't have been disappointed if they'd been £40-50 each5
Looks professional, lacks compression.Anonymous reviewerLooks good, would buy again.
‘BUT’ compression behind glass not sufficient to remove creases from edge of poster; if you choose not to use the white framing board provided; like I did.5
Mixed feelingsAnonymous reviewerIt took me a while to work out how to use this item, despite the instructions. The second protective film is not very obvious, so it does look like the labelling is directly on the plastic glazing (as someone in the reviews said) initially. And the clips are a bit confusing (especially as the backboard wasn't seated properly, so it was difficult undoing them).
Also, the plastic glazing was scratched somewhat despite the protective film (which wasn't damaged). But I probably won't notice it from across the room.
I would prefer glass glazing, though obviously that would make it more expensive and heavier (so the frame would need to be heavier duty to cope with it as well).
But it was the most affordable option for my large poster (I had to edit the mount size with a craft knife).3
Poor quality Anonymous reviewerWould not recommend the plastic front cracked badly whilst I gently moved the fixings to secure my print. Waste of money.1
Lots of choicesAnonymous reviewerPerfect size, great quality easy fitting5
Easy to use Picture frameAnonymous reviewerEasy to use picture frame simple to open And put your pictures in5
LOMVIKEN PICTURE FRAME - The plastic diminishes the overall quality & look.Anonymous reviewerIt a nightmare trying to order the large sizes, especially 61x91cm. Always out of stock for delivery. I wanted to purchase all sizes in all colours but found it very frustrating that certain sizes are always unavailable. I need to order all at the same time for a project. Its a shame that IKEA are now using plastic instead of glass. I have other frames that are glass and they now look odd. The plastic diminishes the overall quality & look. 1
Stylish picture frameAnonymous reviewerIve now bought six of these. I little pricey as not glass but I prefer not to have glass so result!5
Lomviken frameAnonymous reviewerVery nice gold finish easy to insert a print with plenty of new style flip clips to hold it together.4
NiceAnonymous reviewerNice5
Great frameAnonymous reviewerProbably the best Ikea frames, sturdy enough, great design and good variety of colours.5
Very StylishAnonymous reviewerLooks great5
Value for moneyAnonymous reviewerVery good value for money, could be nicer quality but for the price you can’t really ask for more. It’s a smart little frame and will do the job.4
Looks great with a printAnonymous reviewerLooks great with a print in it easy to use the clips just pop down to move4
FantasticAnonymous reviewerexpensive looking frames for a fantastic price.5
Great purchaseAnonymous reviewerLovely frame, I’m not sure I realised that they would be metal, but they look lovely5
Not fit for purpose - print markAnonymous reviewerI have just purchased this item. The PE print mark is on the frame itself rather than the packaging. This is the second frame from IKEA with the same issue.1
Matt gold picture frameAnonymous reviewerperfect, really nice its a shame they don't have them in store in London, I want bigger sizes5
Anonymous reviewerItem was smashed on delivery.1
Perfect for the pictureAnonymous reviewerVery pleased with the frame for my picture of Flaming June by Harold Leighton. Love the colour and goes well with the room decoration.5
