Would have preferred a bright colour. Fabric is a magnet for our cat to claw, so needs side protection cat owners.

Customer service was great and they replaced the item / exchange / refund without a fuss. The replacement was quick and easy - picked old and delivered new.

Very Uncomfortable ChairAnonymous reviewerWe bought this chair in the green velvet material. Lots of irregularity in the colour, looks very patchy. Fabric fits poorly over arms and front of seat pad - full of wrinkles even after 4 weeks. This chair is extremely uncomfortable too, it has ended up being an expensive large ornament as no one in the family will use it.
